  1. 11 month old baby.
    1.  H/O high grade fever with 1 episode of seizure.
    2. O/E-
      1. Neck rigidity
      2. Kerning Sign positive
    3. Lumbar puncture-
      1. Increased polymorphonuclear cell count
      2. Increased protein content
      3. Decreased glucose content
    4. CSF Gram stain-
      1. Lanceolate shaped
      2. Gram positive cocci
    5. Questions-
